(1) Vendor needs to provide medical waste disposal services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. • Laboratory Waste: cultures and stocks handled under Biosafety Level 1, 2 and 3 conditions.• Blood, blood products, body fluids.• Pathological Waste (human or animal body parts, organs, tissues and biopsy specimens).• Contaminated Disposal Material, Equipment and instruments including, but not limited to: disposable gloves, gowns, masks, plastic ware.• Sharps such as needles and syringes, scalpel blades, glass pipettes, slides, glass test tubes, etc., in approved containers.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026.
