(1) Vendor needs to provide financial audit services for transportation impact fees to the government authority located in Texas.– Financial audit of the transportation impact fee program must include the following:– Prepare a final findings report of the financial audit.– Participate in a standing bi–weekly meeting (i.e., every other week) with city staff to discuss the audit’s progress, preliminary findings, additional data needs (if applicable), and other items relevant to the completion of the financial audit. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
