(1) Vendor needs to provide water market research and analysis services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Support of a consultant to perform a market research and economic analysis of state water market for opportunities to supplement our robust water supply portfolio.– Evaluate state water market, sales, trends, and economic valuations of available resources.– Evaluate state available and developing water storage programs and pricing.– Provide economic analysis and valuation of potential water market opportunities.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
