QUALITY-2927 - USA (Somerville, New Jersey) - Drug , Alcohol Testing Program and Training Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing program and training services to the government authority located in Somerville, NJ.– Provide Drug & Alcohol Testing Services including MRO and laboratory services for all Somerset County employees; subject to drug & alcohol testing– Vendor will provide the computerized random selection program with back–up collection facilities provided and an On–Site Collector who is a certified technician to collect specimens.– The drug and/or alcohol testing shall be performed at the contractor’s designated testing site or laboratory and/ or after–hours, on–site testing. – The drug and/or alcohol testing for reasonable suspicion shall be performed either at the contractor’s designated testing facility/laboratory, or on–site under reasonable suspicion circumstances.– Provide immediate drug and/or alcohol testing for any individual in a safety sensitive position while on duty, who is involved in a motor vehicle accident according to agency regulations when applicable or upon management request.– Provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, during weekends and holidays, On Site Collector who is a certified technician for post–accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug and alcohol testing. – Specimens should be collected at the contractor’s designated facility/laboratory.– Alternate/Back–up collection facilities shall be provided if the On–Site Collector is not available to collect specimens.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
