(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter services during emergency situations to the government authority located in Key West, FL. – To provide aerial transportation of personnel throughout service territory following hurricanes, severe storms, flooding, or other emergency events.– These flights are to allow personnel to obtain an aerial visual assessment of damage to agency electric system and surrounding areas to assist with response and restoration planning. • Mobilization of helicopter and crew within 24 hours of notice. • Aerial access to agency service territory•Transport up to two agency personnel to visually inspect agency service territory. • Safe and stable flight patterns suitable(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
