(1) Vendor needs to provide event and program rental services to the government authority located in Temecula, CA. – Provide special event and program rental equipment and related services at the request of the city, including on national holidays such as the 4th of July.– Providing and maintaining high quality, safe and functioning event and program equipment and related services.– Coordinating delivery, setup and breakdown logistics with city staff leading up to and on the day of the event or program.– Supplying the rental equipment and the necessary personnel for the setup, maintenance, and tear down of such rental equipment.– Providing appropriate and adequate staffing on each day of the event or program to ensure safety and proper operation of the rental equipment if needed.• Event and program rental equipment will include: • Tables.• Chairs.• Canopies.• Pedestrian fencing.• Tablecloths.• Heaters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
