(1) Vendor needs to provide self–funded medical plan administration, pharmacy benefit management and stop loss coverage service to the government authority located in Valhalla, NY. – Network Management: Maintaining a robust network of providers and ensuring minimal disruption for members, as well as competitive pricing and access to in–network providers.– Claims Processing: Handling of medical and Rx claims. Working revenue department to streamline prior authorization process for in–house providers.– Member Support: Offering online tools for members to find providers, view benefits, and track claims. Providing customer service for inquiries and issue resolution.– Preventive Care Programs: Promoting preventive care through educational materials and wellness initiatives. Offering incentives for regular check–ups and preventive care.– Reporting: Delivering utilization reports and recommendations for plan enhancements. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize plan design and cost management.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
