La prestation comportera des missions : - Lancement et cadrage de l'évaluation environnementale, - Réalisation de l'état initial de l'environnement, - Intégration des enjeux environnementaux dans le PAPI, - Réalisation de la concertation préalable, - Élaboration du rapport environnementale.
