(1) Vendor needs to provide transit agency legal services to the government authority located in Wadsworth, OH.– Serve as outside General Counsel to providing timely legal advice, strategic counsel, representation, and risk management services supporting the agency's operations, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.– Provide legal counsel related to employment matters, including:– Personnel policies.– Employee discipline.– Workplace investigations.– Employment practices.– Drug and alcohol regulations.– Workers' compensation coordination.– Employment litigation.– Administrative proceedings.– Arbitration.– Mediation.– ADA compliance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
