TRANSPORT-12345 - USA (Wassaic, New York) - Route-Based and Round-Trip Transportation Services - Deadline December 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide route–based and round–trip transportation services to the government authority located in Wassaic, NY.– Route–based, round–trip transportation service for both people with developmental disabilities under care and staff.– Route–Based Transportation: Transportation service shall be provided for both staff and/or program participants from the point of origin to the destination and passengers are to be returned to their point of origin, as appropriate.– The Contractor is responsible to ensure and provide adequate supervision on vehicles during transport in order to maintain orderliness and provide a safe and secure ride for the passengers being transported.– Contractors are required to have at least one vehicle with a lift rated to accommodate passengers who require power wheelchairs.– Dedicated routes are required for passengers. Routes cannot be combined or comingled between Day Habs, unless specified otherwise by in the cost proposal.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
