(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Xenia, OH. – A/E consultant to help agency develop a new family services center facility to consolidate existing agency departments that currently exist in multiple agency facilities. – The work will include a review of background information, related plans and programs, an inventory of existing space occupancies and SF, future growth analysis, and complete AE professional design services from preliminary design, construction documents, permitting, construction administration, through project completion and occupancy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
