(1) Vendor needs to provide CCTV inspection and cleaning services to the government authority located in Seneca, South Carolina.• Providing closed–circuit television (CCTV) inspection and cleaning services• The Contractor shall take satisfactory precautions to protect property from damage that might be inflicted when using necessary equipment.• To remove and clean up all spilled solids and wastewater and properly manage any stockpiled materials and equipment.• There is a total of 160 manholes to be cleaned as needed and inspected• Average manhole depth is 9.67 vertical feet• Minimum manhole depth is 4.75 vertical feet (OJRSA Manhole #036)• Maximum manhole depth is 26.67 vertical feet (OJRSA Manhole #051)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
