(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based wellness app subscription platform.– A subscription–based wellness platform designed to support employee health, well–being, engagement, and wellness initiatives through a secure, cloud–based software–as–a–service (SaaS) solution.– Provide all software, hosting, implementation, training, maintenance, support, updates, and related services necessary for successful deployment and operation of the wellness platform.– Provide a secure, web–based and mobile–accessible wellness platform.– Create and maintain user accounts for authorized lottery employees.– Provide access to wellness content, activities, challenges, and educational resources.– Be accessible via desktop and mobile devices.– Configure the platform for lottery use.– Wellness program engagement reports.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
