(1) Vendor needs to provide work furlough services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.• Fire and life safety systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting).• Adequate sleeping quarters at compliant square footage per occupant.• Secure property storage.• Sanitary restrooms and showers meeting title 24 and ADA standards.• Dining and kitchen areas meeting title 15, article 12, and local health department environmental health codes.• Visitation, program, and administrative areas.• Secure entry and exit controls.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
