(1) Vendor needs to provide collection and disposal of commercial solid waste and recycling services to the government authority located in Seguin, TX.– Services“ include, without limitation, providing, hauling, or delivering equipment or materials, or providing labour, transportation, or other service related to a project. – Services“ does not include activities unrelated to the project, such as food/beverage.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
