Vendor needs to provide lab services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• The contractor shall provide full–service clinical laboratory testing for all Hospital–ordered tests, including routine, STAT, specialty, and referral testing. • At minimum, services shall include specimen processing and testing; result reporting; critical value notification and escalation; referral laboratory coordination; courier transport; specimen collection and transport supplies; bidirectional HL7 interface or equivalent electronic results exchange; secure electronic results access; quality assurance support; implementation support; and ongoing technical and operational support. • The contractor shall provide a current directory of services and interpretive guide, including test methodologies where applicable, specimen requirements, transport requirements, rejection criteria, reference ranges, critical values, and test–specific turnaround times. • The contractor shall provide all applicable ordering, collection, processing and transport supplies.
