(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor fiber–to–the–home (FTTH) optical network terminal (ONT) enclosure solution to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN. – Manufacturers and suppliers for a compact, outdoor–rated Fiber–to–the–Home (FTTH) Optical Network Terminal (ONT) enclosure solution suitable for large–scale residential deployments.– To identify a commercially available enclosure that provides reliable environmental protection, organized fiber management, practical installation and service access, and long–term product availability while maintaining a compact footprint appropriate for residential properties. – Solution shall include the enclosure and any mounting plate, brackets, hardware, or accessories required for normal installation and operation. – Solution should provide a complete outdoor enclosure system designed to house a residential FTTHONT and associated fiber management components at customer premises.– ONT replacement without requiring replacement of the enclosure.– Provide organized fiber routing, slack storage, and bend–radius protection.– Provide secure mounting provisions for a residential FTTH ONT.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
