CLEANING-13808 - USA (Sylva, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Sylva, NC.– Empty all trashcans.– Replace trashcan liners.– Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.– Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust.– Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.– Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.– Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.– Vacuum all carpeted floors.– Scrub all tile and linoleum floors with soap and water and rinse buff as appropriate to keep floor clean and shiny.– Thoroughly wash all restroom walls and partitions.– Wash and sanitize toilets, seats and urinals in bathrooms.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
