(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.• Constructability and Construction Documents Quality Control Reviews; – CMR shall review all existing conditions in the field and confirm the information captured in the documents are representative of actual field conditions. – Review and confirm all product selections in the project documents are appropriate and make recommendations as required. – DAS Permit Checklist Review; – Site Logistics Plan and Coordination with other Projects by Owner; – Site Mobilization Report; – Schedule, Phasing Coordination, and Planning Phase due to Site Constraints; – Cost Control Management, including Estimates of Actual Costs; – Construction Documents Conversion into Subcontractor Bid Packages. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
