(1) Vendor needs to provide transit signal priority design engineering services to the government authority located in Lakewood, WA. – Provide design engineering services and implementation of Transit Signal Prioritization (TSP) for the agency, approximately 7.0 miles.– This study will be to explore the feasibility and implementation of Transit Signal Prioritization (TSP) upgrades and transit priority elements for the agency, to prepare a detailed design and implementation plan for a fully integrated and upgraded TSP system.• Technical advisory committee• Data collection: Collect pertinent information on existing traffic and transit conditions and conduct an inventory of the existing traffic controllers and TSP systems. • Design: Prepare a detailed design architecture of a transit signal prioritization system.• Implementation plan: Develop TSP design specifications, an installation plan, and a system verification plan.• Operations and maintenance plan: Develop a plan for ongoing performance monitoring, management, and maintenance of the TSP system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
