(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in California.– Provide unarmed, uniformed security guard services.– At a minimum, each guard assigned to must be able to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate clearly and effectively with personnel, members of the public, emergency responders, and law enforcement; read and accurately follow post orders, emergency procedures, training materials, signage, incident instructions, and other oral and written directives provided in English; prepare complete, accurate, and legible incident reports, activity logs, visitor logs, and other required written documentation in English; and operate, monitor, and respond to environmental, alarm, camera, access control, and other electronic security systems, including computer–based systems, that use English–language instructions or interfaces.– Guards must be mentally alert and capable of exercising good judgment, implementing instructions and assimilating necessary specialized training.– Security and emergency procedures, crowd control, irate/hostile individual, and public relations.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
