(1) Vendor needs to provide academic facilities management platform.– provide an integrated classroom scheduling and facility management system to modernize the current manual business processes and enhance/improve overall customer experience.– Integrate with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to synchronize course sections, instructors, enrolment, academic terms, room inventory, buildings, academic schedules, cancellations, and reservation data through supported APIs or file–based interfaces.– The solution shall provide automated classroom optimization that recommends room assignments based on enrolment, room capacity, instructional requirements, room characteristics, accessibility requirements, and configurable institutional scheduling policies and business rules.– The solution shall support the academic scheduling lifecycle including schedule build, section management, room assignment, optimization, publication, and schedule revisions.– Integrate with campus mapping or wayfinding applications to provide navigation from a selected location to a reserved room.– Provide AI–assisted recommendations for room selection, scheduling alternatives, conflict resolution, and space utilization optimization.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
