(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based student transportation routing software. • Provide a modern, comprehensive, and fully supported routing and transportation operations software suite.• Acquire, and implement a comprehensive, cloud–based student transportation routing software solution.• System will replace legacy software to optimize bus routes, improve student safety, streamline fleet maintenance, and enhance communication with parents and district stakeholders.• Cloud based solution: The software shall be offered via a cloud based or Software as a Service (SaaS) model hosted by the contractor via a web–based application; the software should not require in house hosting or maintenance.• Platform must provide enterprise–grade administrative controls to allow centralized management of operational rules across all software components and access control across multiple user types.• Dispatching: Dedicated scheduling interfaces to assign, track, and manage drivers and bus monitors.• Unified GPS Live Window & Late Alerts: Real–time status indicators: Units are tagged as late, early, speeding, door open, off path, inactive unit, etc.• Live Report structure: Off path percentage and path along with on time arrival will be easily visible and calculated with live data.• Integrated Live Map: A centralized GIS view combining real–time vehicle GPS tracks with real–time student ridership overlays based on scan data.• QR Code Ridership Tracking: Immediate processing of student boarding and deboarding events through integration with current QR code tracking system, Student Passcard, via the tablet’s scanning camera or peripheral hardware.• Flexible Timing and Scheduling Dynamics: Adjustments to route schedule to meet complex independent school calendars for specific dates, weekly, monthly, and biweekly time adjustments for late starts and early releases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 1, 2026.
