(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive master plan update services to the government authority located in Globe, Arizona.• To provide professional planning services for the update of the Gila County Comprehensive Master Plan.• The updated Comprehensive Master Plan will serve as a policy framework to guide future growth, land use decisions, infrastructure investment, transportation planning, economic development, housing, environmental stewardship, and community development.• Develop and implement a comprehensive public outreach and stakeholder engagement strategy designed to encourage participation from geographically diverse communities and stakeholders throughout County.• County's rural character and large geographic area create unique public outreach considerations.• Community workshops in key geographic areas throughout the County;• Presentations before the Planning and Zoning Commission;• Presentations before the Board of Supervisors; and• Regular coordination meetings with County staff throughout the project.• The consultant shall collect and analyze relevant demographic, economic, housing, transportation, infrastructure, environmental, and land use data necessary to support preparation of the Comprehensive Master Plan.• Land Use and Growth Management• Transportation and Circulation• Economic Development• Infrastructure and Public Facilities• Environmental Stewardship and Natural Resources• Open Space and Recreation• Community Character and Rural Preservation• Implementation Strategies(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
