LEGAL-18554 - USA (Mantua, New Jersey) - Special Counsel Services for Affordable Housing Matters - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special counsel services for affordable housing matters to the government authority located in Mantua, NJ.– Represent the Township in all affordable housing legal matters and shall advise and assist the Township Committee, the Township Administrator and the Departments as necessary of these matters.– Represent the Township in affordable housing litigation, and conduct trials, appeals and other proceedings affecting the interest of the Township as may be necessary or desirable, subject to the approval of the Committee.– Represent the Township, subject to the approval of the Committee, in affordable housing matters before the State entity which is conferred with the authority to administer affordable housing matters.
