Vendor needs to provide bookkeeping services to the government authority located in Idaho. – Provide financial and bookkeeping services.– The selected bookkeeper will work directly with the Board of Trustees to establish and maintain the agency’s annual budget.– The bookkeeper will also help prepare monthly financial reports and provide the Trustees with bank statements and account balances for the general ledger, building, and programming funds.– Prepare and submit monthly profit–and–loss statements to the Trustees no later than the first Thursday of each month.– Provide and maintain the financial software and licenses used for accounting services.– Develop a detailed work timeline with milestones.– Provide monthly budget updates to the Trustees.
