(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Provide a full range of outpatient diagnostic and treatment services for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21, hereafter known as clients, who are full–scope medical beneficiaries, low income or uninsured.– Medication clinic for clients with complex psychotropic needs.– System of care medication support.– Long–acting injectables.– Reviews managed through a pay for performance fixed price payment model.– Medication resource website.– Follow–up care for children prescribed attention deficit hyperactivity disorder medication.– Early Intervention designed to prevent mental illnesses and substance use disorders from becoming severe and disabling and to reduce disparities in behavioral health.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.
