Description
The project consists of the replacement of a nominal 160 ton air cooled chiller. Due to site restraints, the new chiller will be located on a structural platform and cantilevered off the existing housekeeping pad. Underground electrical and control cabling will be extended to the new chiller. Above grade chilled water piping will be extended to the new chiller. Heat tracing and insulation will be replaced on all exterior chilled water piping. Contractor will be responsible for permitting the project through Powhatan County. The project is located at 3650 Beaumont Road, Powhatan, VA 23139.
