(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive multimedia content production and creative services.• Services may include filming City events, producing recap and promotional videos, creating socialmedia content, developing and executing original programming concepts for the City’s televisionchannel, conducting interviews, and supporting overall multimedia operations and communications strategies.• Production Capabilities: The proposer shall demonstrate the capability to provide comprehensive multimedia production services, including, at a minimum:• Professional video production• Photography• Video editing and post–production• Motion graphics and animation• Audio recording and editing• Social media content production(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
