Lac La Biche County (the “County”) invites qualified Design-Build Contractors to submit proposals to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for design, permitting, supply, and construction of a new 30’ x 50’ cold storage building addition at the Lac La Biche Golf Course in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The proposed building will be attached to the existing golf course maintenance building and will be used for the storage of equipment, materials, and maintenance-related assets. The successful proponent will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including design, engineering, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
