(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial pre–treatment database and compliance management software licensing, support, and implementation service.• Provide evaluate and select a qualified software provider to furnish, configure, implement, license, host, maintain, and support a secure database and compliance management software solution for agency Industrial Pre–treatment (IP) Program• The solution shall support the administration of industrial wastewater permits, compliance monitoring, inspections, enforcement, electronic reporting, surcharge calculations, document management, customer communications, reporting, analytics, and related program activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026
