EXTRA-77046 - USA (Guttenberg, New Jersey) - Municipal Planner Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide firms interested in serving as grant consultant to the government authority located in Guttenberg, NJ. – The Municipal Planner shall perform services related to the general planning needs of the Town. – Attend all public meetings with the Mayor and Council of the Town and attend all necessary work sessions of the Board of Council as required; – Provide technical and planning advice and assistance to the Mayor, Council and other Municipal Officials as needed; – Review and analysis of applications before the Joint Planning and Zoning Board; – Review and prepare Master Plan and related Amendments, Zoning Ordinances, Housing Plans and other related planning and zoning matters as specified by the Town; – Conduct field work and prepare reports including but not limited to all documents required for the Council on Affordable Housing; – Perform any additional duties as directed by the Town.(2) The contract period will be one year.
