CLEANING-12868 - USA (Nueces, Texas) - Clean Ports Program Project and Post-Emissions Inventory Service - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide clean ports program project and post–emissions inventory service to the government authority located in Nueces, TX.• Technical service provider with demonstrable, relevant experience to prepare pre– and post–emissions inventories for select Port operation activities from harbor craft, cargo–handling equipment, and locomotives• The Project will include pre– and post–emissions inventories, with projection modeling, toactualize emissions avoided through the purchase of the ZE equipment and infrastructure. TheProject is estimated to achieve an annual emission avoidance of 186 short tons (ST) of nitrogenoxides (NOx), 3 tons of PM2.5 (conferring annual health benefits equivalent to $790,000), 650tons of carbon monoxide (CO), and 800,000 gallons of diesel fuel consumption(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026
