CSE-24144 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Security Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – physical security services for our campus and all locations.– Contractor must: • Provide a professional, 24–hour, armed and unarmed security staff, with staffing levels and coverage to be determined by the director of Security Services, deployed between the main campus, designated Community Health Services locations, and the facility.• Maintain a 24–hour Operations Center with immediate radio dispatch to security officers. It is a specific provision of this agreement that agency shall inspect the Operations Center prior to the issuance of a notice to proceed.• Monitor duress or keypad alarms (which are located at all our sites) from this same Operations Center.• Provide a minimum of three marked security vehicles for the various patrols(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
