(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction owner's representative services to the government authority located in Upper Arlington, OH.• Agency seeking the services of an Owner's Representative (OR) to work with city staff, the fire division, and the design professional on the renovation and expansion of fire station• Undersized apparatus bay lacking required support spaces (decon room, workroom, secured EMS storage, etc.)• Cramped, non–ADA–compliant second–floor living quarters with layout issues that slow deployment during calls• No separation between “hot“ (contaminated) and “cold“ (clean) zones, risking cross–contamination of personnel and living areas with carcinogens and biological pathogens• Original or near–original wiring, piping, and ductwork dating to the 1990 renovation• No fire suppression system (not required by code at time of construction or 1990 renovation, but required under current code for a building of this size and configuration)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
