Executive Program Management and Advisory Services

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) invites firms to prepare and submit qualifications to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a consulting team to provide comprehensive On-call Executive Program Management and Advisory (EPM&A) Services at Ontario International Airport (ONT). The general purpose is to provide consulting and leadership services to ensure the overall success of ONT’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by advising on the Capital Program and CIP implementation plan, evaluating and recommending project delivery methods and, if needed, oversight of a Program Management/Construction Management (PMCM) Team responsible for the implementation of key projects. The successful Team will be requested to enter into an on-call, task-based Master Contract. The anticipated term of the Contract is estimated for an initial three year term with two (2) one-year renewal options at OIAA’s discretion to extend the contract.
