EDUCATION-18545 - USA (New York) - Drug and Alcohol Testing and Physical Exam Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing and physical exam services to the government authority located in New York.– The selection of employees for random drug and alcohol testing shall be made by a scientifically valid method, such as a random number table or a computer–based random number generator that is matched with employees' Social Security numbers, payroll identification numbers, or other comparable identifying numbers. – Provide a drug and alcohol test twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. – Provide a selection of safety sensitive and non–safety sensitive employees based on the following criteria. – The minimum annual percentage rates must be followed annually, which are 55% for drugs and 15% for alcohol for safety sensitive employees and 20% for drugs and 10% alcohol for non–safety sensitive employees. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
