MRB-55367 - USA (California) - Communications and Marketing Support Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing support services.    – Provide comprehensive, on–call communications and marketing services supporting the planning, development, and delivery of high–quality public outreach and engagement materials. – Contractor shall develop and implement strategic communications and marketing support services, including to the creation of public–facing content, outreach materials, branding and messaging support, and campaign development.– Contractor shall conceptualize, script, film, edit, and deliver professional video content optimized for social media, digital platforms, and community broadcast use.– Provide translation services as required. Materials, videos, and publications shall be translated into Chinese, Vietnamese, and Spanish as requested.– Campaign development and execution plan and place integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, outdoor, and audio platforms.– Services shall include to graphic design, video production, and media planning and buying.– Graphic design services.– Video production and storytelling.– Economic development campaigns.– Recruitment campaigns.– Media planning and buying.   – Transparency and community engagement.– Translation services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
