(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations services. – To provide public relations, media relations, influencer relations, crisis communications, and related services.– The Consultant shall align its public relations strategies and messaging with the Area’s key brand pillars, including beaches, arts and culture, culinary experiences, outdoor adventures, and the love it like a local responsible travel initiative.– Develop an integrated and dynamic public relations strategic plan for the destination focusing on leisure travel. – The plan shall be designed to increase awareness of the destination, to create a positive perception of the destination, and to drive first–time visitation as well as return visitation.– Plan and execute a minimum of two annual in–market media missions and media events that align with and support marketing goals and objectives as well as the overall public relations plan. – Develop an integrated and dynamic public relations strategic plan designed with the intent to increase awareness of agency as an emerging destination for small–market meetings and events.– Provide support with hosting journalists in market on familiarization tours by providing story–driven itineraries and resources and coordination assistance with local partners. – Provide media monitoring and social listening to track media coverage, public relations performance, industry trends, and agency brand reception.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
