Description
Clean and close (secure) includes the removal from the interior and exterior of the structure all trash and debris including but not limited to: litter, rubbish, tires, overgrowth of grass, weeds, shrubs, kudzu and other miscellaneous site features. All trash and debris from each project site shall be disposed of legally in an approved landfill. The Contractor must provide the City with proof of dumping receipts. Contractor must also comply with EPA regulations, hauling and disposal regulations.
