CONS-24377 - USA (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - Professional Library Landscaping Service - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide library professional landscaping service to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.• Provide maintenance and labor costs for landscaping, irrigation, arborist, ornamental shrub/tree/vine services and on the current and future flower beds at library locations• Seasonal Color Beds– Bed preparation will be performed prior to each seasonal color rotation, which shall be at a minimum of twice per year. Beds will be maintained on a regular basis to insure the full impact of the planting • Ornamental Shrubs and Trees– Fertilization–Ornamentals shall be fertilized in accordance with the specific needs of the plants in order to maintain a healthy and vigorous condition.• Pruning–All ornamentals shall be pruned in accordance with standards of good practice and in accordance with the intended function of the plants.• Debris Control– All debris resulting from work performed by the contractor shall be removed prior to the contractor departing from the location upon each visit.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28,2026.(4) Mandatory Prebid Meeting/ Initial Site Visit will be held on October 20, 2026.
