– Vendor needs to provide land bank consulting services to the government authority located in Michigan. – Provide land bank and related technical, administrative and consulting services.– Plan, conduct, prepare material for, and participate in meetings or presentations as needed. – Provide technical and administrative advice and legislative updates.– Assist prospective developers or redevelopers with pursuing funding and technical assistance and incentives through federal, state and local agencies and programs as needed.– Manage some or all aspects of grants or loans.– Identify and pursue appropriate incentives for projects.– Provide all other administrative and consulting services as requested.
