BANKING-9041 - USA (Fairfax, Virginia) - Pension Trust Custody and Administrative Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pension trust custody and administrative services to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA.– Provider will be responsible for safekeeping, custody, administration, and reporting of plan assets in accordance with applicable laws, fiduciary standards, and best practices.– Provide fully integrated custodial, accounting, and investment support services for its pension trust.– Contractor shall ensure the safekeeping of assets; efficient trade settlement; and global custody, supported by accurate daily accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and recordkeeping.– Services must include performance measurement and reporting, as well as independent compliance monitoring to support adherence to the Investment Policy Statement, including exception identification and reporting.– Contractor shall also provide income collection, corporate action processing, and support for both traditional and alternative investments, along with cash management and a secure, user–friendly online reporting platform with real–time access to data.– Contractor must deliver complete and accurate information to support audits, actuarial valuations, and regulatory reporting.– Strong client service is required, including dedicated relationship management, operational support, training, and assistance with governance reporting, as well as administration of retiree–related services.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
