Vendor needs to provide polygraph examination services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA. – Services may be required in connection with criminal investigations, internal, or administrative investigations, pre–employment screening, and other authorized matters. – The actual volume of examinations is unknown, and no minimum number of examinations is guaranteed.– The contractor shall provide polygraph examination services on an as–needed basis at the request of the agency.• Accept referrals and scheduling requests from designated agency personnel.• Coordinate examination dates, times, locations, and reasonable accommodation needs with the agency.• Provide a private, secure, professional, and suitable testing environment, whether at an agency –designated site or contractor location.• Conduct examinations in a professional manner that preserves the dignity and rights of examinees.• Use equipment that is properly maintained, calibrated, and suitable for the services being performed.• Provide written examination reports to the agency within the turnaround time proposed by the contractor and agreed to by the agency.• Promptly notify the designated agency contact of scheduling obstacles, potential conflicts, inability to meet a requested deadline, or issues affecting service delivery.• Maintain backup staffing or other continuity arrangements sufficient to reduce disruptions in service.
