(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics outbound and inbound sales services to the government authority located in Iowa.– Develop meaningful customer service–based relationships with fans throughout the sales process.– Provide professional staff training in ticket–sales using best practices, including customer services training.– Provide year–round sales–campaigns (with respect to renewals, new ticket acquisitions, partial–plan and group ticket sales and retention) Have an integrated working relationship with Athletics, including its senior administration, sports programs, ticket operations, athletic marketing, and other departments, as identified by Intercollegiate Athletics.– Provide overall sales–program management, monitoring and strategy development, including providing Athletics regular updates/progress reports on a schedule upon which the Parties mutually agree and as university reasonably requests.– Working collectively with big multimedia companies and demonstrate success from such partnership.– Integrated technology maintain robust customer relationship management to grow the life of each Athletics ticket holder to their maximum attendance and revenue potential.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
