(1) Vendor needs to provide currency exchange concession services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.– High–quality operators and firms who can enhance the passenger experience and will continue to improve the concession program and will creatively reflect the region’s economy, culture, and quality of life.– Provide exceptional customer service and innovative services throughout the term of the agreement.– Services may include performing international and domestic wire transfers, issuing money orders, selling US postage stamps, and providing cash advances.– Unstaffed foreign currency exchange ATM’s, which are optional, may dispense the top five non–US currencies, including euros, as part of general foreign currency ATM services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
