(1) Vendor needs to provide customizable case management platform.– Provide a customizable case management platform for outcome tracking with justice involved juveniles to facilitate compliant data management and detailed case reporting.– Case management, data including outcomes and practices of each treatment provider will be tracked to inform systems level improvements.– Provide and support a customizable case management platform used for work with at risk and justice involved youth with behavioural health needs including substance use disorder.– Youth case details and outcomes will be tracked in the software including treatment providers with data capture at various intercepts to measure the rate of success of interventions. – This software will support the juvenile substance use services coordination program through itspilot period and into its implementation phase.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026
