(1) Vendor needs to provide inclusive postsecondary education consultant service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – For students with intellectual disability . • Year 1: – Provide customized technical assistance to one selected agency campus to prepare for program design and launch. – Provide customized technical assistance to two selected agency campuses ready to learn about agency programs and their campus readiness.•Year 2:– Continue to provide technical assistance to the one agency campus from Year 1 as they launch their program.– Support one additional agency campus with technical assistance to prepare for program design and launch.– Provide customized technical assistance to two selected agency campuses ready to learn about agency programs and their campus readiness.• The technical assistance provider should align with the model Accreditation Standards for Higher Education Programs for Students with Intellectual Disability: Progress on the Path to Education, Employment, and Community Living, with the expectation that programs developed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
