(1) Vendor needs to provide project management consulting services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – The project management consultant shall have had previous experience in construction project management of new facilities, as well as renovation and repair of existing structures/facilities.– The project management consultant will be responsible for aforementioned project management tasks as assigned, including but not limited to:• cost estimating• Primavera P6• critical path method scheduling• RASI charts• estimating• specifications• construction observation• cost engineering• cost control• scope management• budget reporting• constructability analysis• feasibility• risk management• funding• shop drawing review• progress meetings• configuration management• claims analysis and avoidance• construction documents management• life cycle costing• Master Format• construction site control (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
