EDUCATION-18088 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Drug and Alcohol Education Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol education services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide drug and alcohol education services to individuals referred to drug education by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). – Provide in–person drug and alcohol education for the employee. – Monitor employee participation in prescribed education program and advise agency's SAP of the employee's progress.– Evaluate employees to determine compliance with the prescribed education program and notify agency's SAP when the education program has been completed. – Provide a timely written report to the agency SAP for each employee receiving drug and alcohol education services.– Possess qualifying credentials to conduct drug and alcohol education.– Demonstrate understanding, acceptance and compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements regarding confidentiality and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements governing substance abuse services (2) The contract period will be for five years.
